Geometric tension.
APEX is a dining and bistro table collection with a base shaped by geometry and mathematical curves. Three concave surfaces taper toward one another, converging at a single apex — the point that gives the collection its name, and its logic. The triangle is the strongest form in structural mathematics, but here through curves that pull inward, giving the base an unexpected lightness.
The object looks different from every angle. As light moves across the brushed metal surfaces, the curves catch both light and shadow.
